patent lawyer with a minimum of
two years experience in a
variety of patent and trademark
matters. The position will
require development of a broad
IP practice dealing with patent
and trademark prosecution,
licensing, infringement analysis
and dispute resolution.
While the position will require
preparation and prosecution of
patent and trademark
applications, it will also
include counseling clients on a
wide variety of IP issues.
At a minimum, candidates must
have a BSEE degree and be
admitted to practice before the
USPTO as a patent attorney.

biotechnology patent attorney
with 1-2 years experience for
its Seattle office.
The
position will require
development of a broad practice
dealing primarily with patent
drafting and prosecution, and
will grow into other areas such
as patent licensing,

position will primarily require
preparation and prosecution of
patent applications, it will
also require development of
skills in counseling clients on
