The Seattle office of Davis Wright Tremaine seeks a mid- to senior-level associate to join its trademark prosecution team. The ideal candidate will significant experience in trademark prosecution, brand strategy counseling and portfolio management, trademark prosecution, TTAB proceedings, and enforcement and acquisition, as well as an interest in trademark litigation. The position will involve direct client counseling, managing trademark portfolios (including filing and prosecuting trademark applications), advising on trademark infringement issues, and enforcing trademark rights. International experience is a plus, as is experience drafting and negotiating licenses and other IP and technology agreements. References will be required.
