Labor and Employment Law, Snohomish County Prosecuting Attorney, Civil Division
The Civil Division of the Snohomish County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office seeks an attorney for its Tort and Employment Unit. Attorneys in the Labor and Employment group of this Unit will handle litigation and provide advice in a variety of labor and employment law matters, including compliance with state and federal discrimination laws, discipline and discharge, wage and hour, and grievance arbitrations. Preferred candidates will have a demonstrated interest and up to 5 years experience in labor and employment law or related field.
Applicants should have a strong interest in public service; excellent research, analysis, and communication skills; and experience in computer-aided research and word processing. The ability to work with other attorneys, support staff, and County personnel is essential. Applicants must be admitted to the Washington State Bar and be a United States citizen.
