Senior-Level Business/Transactional Associate

Helsell Fetterman LLP seeks a senior-level business/transactional associate.

The position requires strong skills and proven experience in core areas of transactional work including choice of business entity, governing agreements, buy-sell agreements, real estate transactions, leases, and secured transactions. The candidate should have the confidence and ability to work independently, with minimal supervision.  Preference will be given to candidates with a minimum of 5 years of experience.

Litigation Associate Position

Helsell Fetterman LLP seeks a mid-level litigation associate. The position will entail a high degree of responsibility for an attorney with strong litigation skills and experience, particularly in defense work.

The successful candidate will have proven experience in core areas of civil litigation including briefing, discovery, depositions, and case evaluation. The candidate should show the ability to understand cases globally and perform assigned work, while also monitoring case progression for strategic improvements. A minimum of 3 years’ experience is preferred.
